CEO/Founder
Meet Aurora. Aurora is the CEO of ATM Home Health Care Services, LLC. Aurora has been a registered nurse for 44 years. A Philippine native who immigrated to the United States, Aurora has an extensive amount of experience working in major hospitals such as Metropolitan Hospital and Long Island Jewish Hospital in New York, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, and Cooper Hospital and Kennedy Hospital in New Jersey. Aurora’s nursing experience includes 16 years as an operating room nurse, 22 years in management, and the past 13 years in homecare management. With Aurora’s multicultural background, she understands the importance of providing quality patient care in the comfort of your own home. Aurora’s mission as CEO is to become a leading homecare agency in the Philadelphia region and help innovate for the good of homecare practices.
Jizan Beltran
Managing Director
Meet Jizan. Jizan is the Management Director and Client Services Manager of ATM Home Health Care Services, LLC. Jizan has 12 years of experience in the home healthcare industry. Jizan has worked in a variety of roles such as scheduling coordinator, supervisor, and alternate administrator. Jizan is recognized for her genuine, loyal, and supportive qualities. Jizan prioritizes customer service and patient and family support. She understands the importance of quality patient care and is well-known for executing optimal staffing matches for each patient’s unique needs. This allows her to create and preserve life-long client and staff relations. Jizan’s goal is to continue to promote the highest client and employee satisfaction at ATM Homecare, LLC.
Maria Reardon, RN
Nursing Director
Meet Maria. Maria is the Director of Nursing of ATM Home Health Care Services, LLC. Maria has been a nurse for 8 years. Maria is a graduate of Temple University and obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing from Holy Family University. Maria has worked in large Philadelphia hospitals such as Temple University Hospital and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. For the past 8 years, Maria has worked as a registered nurse in the Surgical Trauma Intensive Care Unit. During her time as a bedside nurse, Maria has developed and advanced her clinical skills. As a Certified Critical Care Nurse, she has experience caring for acutely critically ill patients and approaches care with a multi-disciplinary approach. In addition, Maria has worked closely with management and colleagues with various quality improvement projects. Maria has 3 years of experience working in the home healthcare industry. She has worked in quality assurance, as a home health aide, and a school nurse. With her advanced clinical skills, Maria’s goal is to ensure quality patient care for the patient and family members and act as valuable resource for the nursing staff.
Joy Santos-Khalil
Finance Director
Meet Joy. Joy is the Director of Finance of ATM Home Health Care Services, LLC. Joy has an extensive amount of experience in financial analysis and reporting. For 8 years, Joy has worked for one of the largest insurance companies in the world, Manulife Financial. For the past 6 years, Joy has worked in the home healthcare industry. Joy has worked in various departments in home healthcare including payroll, scheduling, authorizations, and administration. With her wide-range of experience, Joy has mastered numerous programs and has developed an eye for process improvements. Her goal is to ensure the financial stability of ATM holders by prioritizing the efficiency and accuracy of the billing process and continuing to identify process improvements within the home healthcare industry.
